Ready Set Embroider: August 2012

I read about a woman who has an embroider business and each item she works on she asks the customer what they would like her to pray for and while she sews she prays for them. She wrote that the time she spends sewing is one of the only quiet times of her day and that she thought it would best be used in prayer. What a wonderful way to reach out and help each other. I would love to do this for you, no matter how big or small the prayer request is. All prayers are important and we all certainly know the power of prayer. Please do not hesitate to give me your prayer request for my 'stitched in prayer.'

Fall clothes

How cute is this Santa applique? It is an additional $3 due to all the ribbon used and extra time required.

This shirt is for a Max and Ruby 3rd birthday party next month.

I made the following two outfits for my Kathryn. I found a shop on Etsy that sells these doll t-shirts. Kathryn loves that she and her doll can match. There will be many more of these in future posts!

And another outfit for Kathryn and her doll. I think I like the doll outfits even more than Kathryn. I wish I could say I made this bow but I bought it from this Etsy shop. The owner of the shop is so sweet and her bows are amazing.
